Detailed usage data are becoming available through different devices (personal computer, cell phones, tablets, smart watches, and smart glasses), in huge volumes, and in a velocity that requires models to provide insights on how users are using such devices. Without models and structures that summarize or provide means of evaluating large usage data sets, a semantic gap between the raw data and the user actions while using different devices remains. In this context, this work presents insights gathered from the analysis of logged events captured during a user test of a collaborative system. From the presented outcomes, one expects to present an initial step towards the intersection on Graph Mining and Human Computer Interaction to consider graph topology and properties that provide insights on user actions.
